About the German Shepherd

Have you ever wondered why so many people get German Shepherds? There are many reasons why people get German Shepherds. The main reason is they have a long history of how they protect their owners. Some more main reasons people get German Shepherds is how quick they learned, also they love attention, and they are loving animals. In addition, even the military uses them, and they are used for special needs. In the next few paragraphs, we will be talking about the history and training of a German Shepherd.

In these few slides we will be talking about throughout the time of creation of the German shepherd many people have found them quite interesting. They were made in the country of Germany in 1899 by the retired German Cavalry captain Max von Stephanitz. They were meant to be a herd dog for German animals. The German Shepherd is a very loyal and loving dog. Also, they are both used for civilians, police force, and military uses. They are used for disabled people and trained to be able to sniff bombs, drugs or more. In the next few pages, we will be going through the history and training of a German Shepherd.
